Vision Statement
The St. Vincent de Paul Society is a lay Catholic organization that aspires to live the gospel message by seeing Christ in the poor with love, respect, justice, hope and joy, and by working to shape a more compassionate society.
The members of the SVdP Society of the parish of St. Luke will maintain this vision as each member grows individually through a deeper sense of spiritually and friendship, with the common goal to help those less fortunate by respecting their needs and to share their burdens. We make a commitment to share our resources, our time, and ourselves as we live the virtue of Christian to those we serve.
Did you know St. Vincent dePaul Society is a National Organization?
The National Council of the United States is part of an international society of friends united by a spirit of poverty, humility, and sharing. We are nourished by prayer and reflection, mutually supportive gatherings, and adherence to a basic Rule.

The Harmonious Hive
Bees are fascinating creatures that exhibit remarkable teamwork and collaboration.
Bees symbolize a cohesive work environment through their ability to function as a unified entity.
They are known for their tireless work ethic and dedication to their tasks, serving as a reminder of the value of hard work and perseverance. In a beehive, every bee has a specific role and contributes to the collective well-being of the colony. They communicate effectively, share information, and work together to achieve a common goal.
Bees exemplify the importance of teamwork, as they understand that their interdependence, and support for one another are essential for the hive's survival. They demonstrate how a cohesive work environment can be built on trust, effective communication, and a shared
sense of purpose. Their ability to communicate effectively and share information highlights
the importance of effective communication and unity in achieving success.
Emulating a bee's collaborative nature, we cultivate a work culture that values cooperation, encourages open dialogue, and empowers every team member to contribute their unique strengths towards shared objectives.
Thank you for being a part of my hive.
